Application crash via HTJ2K line-width mismatch

Heap-buffer over-read in OpenEXR 3.4.0 through 3.4.11 allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications via crafted EXR files. In ht_undo_impl, the decoder uses the EXR channel width to read cur_line->i32 without validating the smaller OpenJPH line-buffer length. Opening or inspecting the file is required; triggering the flaw crashes the consuming process and can disclose adjacent heap data.
