Unauthenticated backend task execution via Timming API
Published Mar 22, 2026 · Updated Mar 22, 2026
Missing authentication in MacCMS Pro 2025.1000.4052 allows remote attackers to execute enabled backend tasks through the Timming API. Base.php explicitly skips its login check for API Timming/index requests, after which the Timming controller dispatches configured administrative task handlers. The API entry point must be reachable and at least one task enabled; no cookie or token is needed, and forced execution can clear caches or trigger configured collection, generation, or URL-push operations.
