Regular expression denial of service in LiquidJS before 10.26.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt Node.js services via crafted filter input. The built-in strip_html filter applies a four-alternative lazy-quantified regex to caller-supplied strings; missing closing tokens force O(N²) V8 backtracking. Exploitation requires an application to render attacker-controlled content through strip_html, blocking its Node.js event loop without reading or changing data.
