Application crash and state corruption via zero-length integers

Out-of-bounds read in mouse07410 asn1c 1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash applications via malformed OER data. INTEGER_decode_oer in generated INTEGER_oer.c accepts a zero-byte length for a variable-length non-negative INTEGER, then reads the MSB from one byte past the payload without checking that a byte exists. The path requires a matching ASN.1 schema and a zero-length determinant; the read can crash at a page boundary or return corrupted integer state to the caller.
