Internal network requests via unvalidated OAuth URLs

SSRF in MCP Security before 0.1.9 allows remote attackers to make OAuth discovery requests to internal or malicious URLs. McpMetadataDiscoveryService and DynamicClientRegistrationService fetch server-supplied metadata and OAuth endpoint URLs without validating their destinations. Dynamic Client Registration must be enabled, allowing requests to reach services accessible from the application's network position.
