Unauthenticated data access via loopback trust bypass

Authentication bypass in Neotoma 0.6.0 through 0.11.0 allows remote attackers to read production data through the Inspector and REST API. The REST authentication middleware trusts a loopback socket as local development traffic and resolves requests without a Bearer token as the local development user. Exposure requires a public reverse proxy or same-host tunnel to forward traffic over loopback; access is limited to data exposed through the hosted Inspector and related API routes.
