Authenticated file read via tuple-membership path check

Path traversal in Roxy-WI 8.2.6.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files from the host. The show_config path check in app/modules/config/config.py tests whether '..' equals an entire tuple member instead of searching each user-controlled value, then passes configver into a path opened by the server. Any account with role level 3 or lower can reach the save-version route, exposing host files such as signing and SSH private keys without interrupting the service.
