CVE-2026-45564Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated command execution via unsanitized configver path

Published Jun 10, 2026 · Updated Jun 10, 2026

OS command injection in Roxy-WI 8.2.6.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via a crafted configver path. The save_version route concatenates configver into a configuration path that reaches os.system without shell-safe argument handling, so metacharacters become commands. A role level 3 user session and valid CSRF token are sufficient, and injected commands run as the Roxy-WI web server user.
