Cross-tenant monitor rewriting via unchecked check identifier

Incorrect authorization in Roxy-WI 8.2.6.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to rewrite other tenants' monitoring checks. PUT /smon/check accepts a caller-controlled check_id after confirming only that the caller has a group, while the update queries match only smon_id and omit user_group ownership. Any authenticated role, including guest, can enumerate identifiers to repoint HTTP, TCP, Ping, or DNS monitors, creating monitoring blind spots and limited data exposure.
