Arbitrary file read via backslash traversal

Path traversal in StaticResourceServer in DataEase before 2.10.23 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via crafted resource paths. The /de2api/staticResource/findResourceAsBase64 handler truncates only forward slashes before StaticResourceUtils.getImgFileToBase64 concatenates and reads the supplied path, so Windows backslashes preserve ..\ traversal segments. Exposure is limited to Windows deployments and appears unauthenticated in the published proof of concept, enabling disclosure of readable server files such as win.ini but with no published write or code-execution path for this CVE.
