Local privilege escalation in Google Android 14 through 17, including 16 QPR2, allows local users to gain privileges via an unsafe PendingIntent. StorageManagerService.getManageSpaceActivityIntent returns an unsafe PendingIntent that can be chained into a LaunchAnyWhere flow. Exploitation requires user interaction but no additional execution privileges and permits activity launches with elevated authority.
