File-write approval bypass via environment-variable paths

Path traversal in Microsoft GitHub Copilot Chat for Visual Studio Code before 1.123.2 allows local users to bypass file-write approval. The terminal command auto-approval analyzer treats destinations beginning with Windows %VAR% syntax as workspace-relative before the shell expands them to locations outside the workspace. When terminal command auto-approval is enabled, an attacker-controlled agent command can write to sensitive locations without explicit confirmation.
