Unauthenticated code execution via password-change routing

Improper authentication in Apache OFBiz before 24.09.06 allows remote attackers to execute code through its password-change workflow. LoginWorker trusts the request-controlled requirePasswordChange parameter to select a password-change route, while privileged Webtools functions lack required permission checks. No account or user interaction is required; chaining the route into those functions executes code on the server.
