Authenticated SSRF via inconsistent URL parsing

Server-side request forgery in Open WebUI before 0.9.5 allows remote authenticated users to access internal services via crafted URLs. The validate_url check trusts urllib.parse.urlparse's public hostname, but requests interprets a backslash-before-at-sign URL as targeting the embedded private address. The required gate is a valid low-privilege account, after which the server can send requests to loopback or internal network services that external clients cannot reach.
