Local resource disclosure via IPv6 literal bypass

SSRF in CodeWhale before 0.8.26 allows remote attackers to read local restricted resources through a crafted IPv6 loopback URL. The fetch_url tool validates private IPv6 addresses reached through DNS but fails to reject the literal host [::1] before issuing the HTTP request. Exploitation requires CodeWhale to process the crafted tool prompt, after which the response can expose data served by loopback-only services.
