Authenticated secret disclosure via inherited subprocess environment

Information disclosure in Python UTCP before 1.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to read process secrets through CLI tool calls. The _prepare_environment() method copies the complete parent os.environ mapping into every CLI subprocess instead of restricting inherited variables. Exploitation requires access to submit tool arguments and the companion command-injection flaw; injected commands can read every inherited process variable.
