Authenticated root command execution via unsanitized route data

Command injection in Cudy TR1200 R46-2.4.15-20250721-164017 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The action_ipsec_conn function passes attacker-controlled trailing data from the IPsec LuCI route to luci.util.exec without special-character filtering. Administrator-level access and a valid sysauth cookie are required; injected shell syntax executes as root and can expose a root shell.
