Local code execution via unsafe IPC tab properties

Code injection in electerm 3.0.6 through 3.8.8 allows local users to execute code through its single-instance IPC channel. The open-tab IPC path passes untrusted tab properties to addTab without rejecting platform executables, arguments, environment values, or run scripts. Any process running as the same OS user can send JSON to an active single-instance socket or pipe and spawn a process without UI interaction.
