Authenticated code execution via unchecked GO formatting
Published Mar 22, 2026 · Updated Mar 22, 2026
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda FH451 Firmware 1.0.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to crash httpd or execute code via GO. WrlclientSet passes the attacker-controlled GO value to sub_3A54C without a length check, where sprintf overflows the stack buffer s_. A crafted POST to /goform/WrlclientSet reaches the flaw through the router management interface; control-flow corruption can interrupt management or compromise the device.
