Stored XSS via unescaped package link URLs

Stored XSS in pyLoad before 0.5.0b3.dev100 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in operators' browsers via package links. The packages.js template inserts stored link URLs into single-quoted HTML without escaping and passes the resulting string to jQuery.html(). Perms.ADD access is sufficient; when ClickNLoad is enabled, remote attackers can reach the same sink, and an operator's visit can expose same-origin session cookies.
