Internal response disclosure via unchecked OAuth picture URL

SSRF in Open WebUI before 0.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses through an OAuth picture claim. _process_picture_url() passes the claim's arbitrary URL directly to aiohttp without validate_url(), then base64-encodes and stores the response body. Exploitation requires generic OIDC plus OAuth signup or picture updates, and exposes data reachable from the server without altering it.
