Authenticated SSRF via faulty IPv6 address validation

SSRF in Open WebUI before 0.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to access internal services through crafted web-fetch URLs. validate_url() passes an unsupported private argument to validators.ipv6(), treats the resulting falsy ValidationError as safe, and fails to recheck IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses. Any account can route server-side requests to IPv4 or IPv6 internal addresses, exposing cloud metadata, localhost APIs, and other internal services.
