Authenticated OS command execution via unsandboxed templates

Server-side template injection in InfiniFlow RAGFlow 0.24.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands. The citation_prompt() function in rag/prompts/generator.py builds an unsandboxed Jinja2 template from user-controlled citation_guidelines and renders it in the server process. A normal account can save and run a Canvas DuckDuckGo-to-LLM workflow; rendering the injected template grants command execution with the server process's privileges.
