Open redirect via post-login parser mismatch

Open redirect in Speakr before 0.8.20-alpha allows remote attackers to send authenticated users to external sites after login. The is_safe_url() helper validates a urljoin-normalized next parameter, but the controller passes the raw value to redirect(), so ////evil.com passes the same-host check and becomes an external Location header. Exploitation requires a user to follow a crafted Speakr login URL and sign in, enabling phishing from a trusted deployment without altering Speakr data or availability.
