Stored XSS via unchecked profile image MIME type

Stored XSS in Open WebUI before 0.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser via a profile image. The get_user_profile_image_by_id() route decodes a stored data URI and returns it inline with a user-controlled MIME type, allowing SVG scripts to run in the application origin. A low-privileged account must set the image and another user must load it; successful exploitation can steal that user's JWT and take over the account.
