Unauthenticated thread enumeration and read-status manipulation

Missing authorization in FreeScout before 1.8.219 allows remote attackers to enumerate thread IDs and alter read-status timestamps. OpenController.php's setThreadAsRead method accepts user-controlled conversation and thread IDs through the public tracking route, returns distinguishable 200 and 404 responses, and writes opened_at for a valid pair without authentication or authorization. The endpoint requires no session, cookies, or user interaction, and successful probes disclose which records exist while corrupting email open-tracking data.
