Process denial of service via file descriptor leak

Resource leak in OpenTelemetry schema v1.0 and v1.1 modules before 0.0.17 allows attackers to interrupt consuming processes via repeated parsing. ParseFile opens the requested schema path and passes the file to Parse without closing it, retaining one descriptor after each successful call. A consuming application must expose repeated parsing of an attacker-controlled path; descriptor exhaustion then prevents file or socket operations and halts that process.
