Out-of-bounds reads in Silicon Labs EmberZNet 9.0.2 and earlier allow attackers to terminate the process via malformed global ZCL messages. The framework global-command parser reads truncated message fields without enforcing the command's minimum payload length. A sending device must already have joined the Zigbee network; the observed result is process termination, with no data returned to the sender.
