Improper authorization in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote authenticated users to read confidential issue content. GitLab attributes the exposure to improper authorization checks but has not disclosed the affected endpoint, request path, or code locus. Any authenticated account can reach the flaw in a public project in 18.9.1 through 18.9.6, 18.10 through 18.10.5, or 18.11 through 18.11.2 and read content reserved for authorized project members.
