Sandbox escape in Heym before 0.0.21 allows remote authenticated users to execute host commands through crafted Python tool code. The executor exposes the Python object graph to tool code, letting it traverse subclasses to recover unrestricted import and load blocked modules. Workflow-author privileges are required; commands run as the backend service user, and inherited environment secrets are readable.
