Kernel heap corruption via allocation-flag double free

Use-after-free in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK allows local users to corrupt kernel heap memory through GPU driver IOCTLs. The _EncodeAllocationFlags path accepts a fabricated flag combination that makes _FreeOSPages free the same allocation twice. Non-privileged software must access the local GPU driver allocation interface, and successful triggering corrupts kernel heap state.
