CVE-2026-45182Public exploit

Real IP disclosure via unchecked QUIC payload proxy

Published May 9, 2026 · Updated May 9, 2026

VPN bypass in GrapheneOS before 2026050400 allows local users to disclose the device's real IP address through a malicious app. registerQuicConnectionClosePayload accepts an arbitrary payload and UDP socket without a permission check, then system_server sends the payload over the physical network outside VPN routing. Exploitation requires the app to run while Always-on VPN and Block connections without VPN are enabled; the bounded impact is real-IP disclosure.
