User IP disclosure via cleartext statsd metrics

Information disclosure in Plack::Middleware::Statsd before 0.9.0 allows remote attackers to read user IP addresses from statsd traffic. The middleware sends each request's raw remote address through the psgi.request.remote_addr set metric instead of protecting that value. Exposure requires an unsecured statsd communication channel, such as UDP crossing an observable network, and is limited to disclosed client IP addresses.
