Remote broker crash via missing error return

NULL pointer dereference in NanoMQ 0.24.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the broker via QUIC multistream traffic. In quic_stream_recv, a reopening substream can yield a null c pointer; the function finishes the AIO with an error but continues to lock c->mtx. Exploitation requires specific multistream reopen timing but no authentication or user interaction, and it terminates the broker process.
