Service interruption via late range limiting

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Julian Gruber brace-expansion 5.0.0 through 5.0.5 allows attackers to interrupt services via numeric ranges. The expand_ sequence loop builds every intermediate value before enforcing the max option, so a range of ten million values allocates about 505 MB even when max is 10. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled brace input to expand; the resulting CPU and memory exhaustion can stall or terminate that process.
