Persistent service interruption via unchecked destructive file paths

Path manipulation in CI4MS before 0.31.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to cause persistent service interruption through Fileeditor. The deleteFileOrFolder and renameFile endpoints pass source paths to unlink and rename without the extension check applied to write operations. Fileeditor delete or update permission is required; critical application files outside the hidden-items blocklist can be removed or neutralized, leaving recovery dependent on filesystem redeployment.
