Payment bypass via system-program account substitution

Improper input validation in Anchor 1.0.0 through 1.0.1 allows remote attackers to bypass system-program account checks in Solana programs. Program::try_from treats the default public key as an untyped-program sentinel, so Program accepts any executable program because the system ID is also the default key. Exploitation requires a program that trusts Program validation and uses the supplied account for a cross-program invocation, enabling payment bypass or attacker-controlled account ownership.
