Repository takeover via fork-exposed workflow credentials

Credential exposure in CloudPirates Open Source Helm Charts before fcf9302 allows remote attackers to steal a PAT and SSH signing key. The generate-schema.yaml workflow checks out a fork's head SHA with CHANGELOG_PAT, persists that token in Git credentials, and writes BOT_SSH_SIGNING_KEY to disk before fork-controlled steps run. Submitting a fork pull request is sufficient to read both secrets and use them to push code, alter workflows, or forge signed commits.
