Unauthenticated file disclosure via custom-payload-file path control

Arbitrary file read in HAHWUL Dalfox before 2.13.0 allows remote attackers to disclose host files through the REST API server. The postScanHandler deserializes custom-payload-file into model.Options, and ReadLinesOrLiteral opens that path and sends each line in scan requests. REST server mode is required; an empty default API key leaves the endpoint unauthenticated, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the Dalfox process.
