Service crash via unchecked Content-Type parsing state

NULL pointer dereference in OpenSIPS 3.4.0 through 3.6.5 and 4.0.0-beta allows remote attackers to crash the SIP service. When presence.handle_publish() handles a PUBLISH body with Event: presence and enable_sphere_check=1, it calls get_content_type() before parse_content_type_hdr(), dereferencing NULL header state. UDP or TCP reachability to that route is required; the vulnerable path has no authentication check, although deployment routing can impose one.
