Remote code execution via Unicode path confusion

Unicode path confusion in The PHP Group's FrankenPHP 1.11.2 through 1.12.2 allows remote attackers to execute files as PHP via crafted URLs. On non-ASCII request paths, cgi.go's splitPos() retains a stale match flag or applies broad Unicode equivalence through search.IgnoreCase, falsely locating an ASCII .php suffix. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled file content and a matching filename on the served filesystem; one unauthenticated request then runs that content in the server process.
