Authenticated code execution via LLM-generated Plotly code

Code injection in MindInventory MindSQL 0.2.0 through 0.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute Python code via ask_db. When visualization is enabled, ask_db sends the question and query results to the LLM, extracts its generated Plotly code, removes only fig.show(), and passes the remainder to exec(). Reachability requires an application to expose attacker-controlled questions, enable visualization, and use an LLM that returns the injected code; execution inherits the host Python process's privileges.
