Service crash via unbounded JSON decoding

Resource exhaustion in xddxdd bird-lg-go before 1.4.5 allows remote attackers to crash the service through oversized JSON requests. The apiHandler and webHandlerTelegramBot handlers pass unbounded request bodies directly to Go's JSON decoder, which allocates memory until the host or container limit is exhausted. No authentication or user interaction is required; one TCP connection can terminate the daemon through a fatal out-of-memory condition.
