Session hijacking via unescaped process-stage descriptions

Stored XSS in WeGIA before 3.7.3 allows remote authenticated users to hijack sessions through a crafted process-stage description. The Etapas de um Processo page in html/atendido/etapa_processo.php renders the stored description without output escaping, causing attacker-supplied HTML or JavaScript to execute in a visitor's browser. High-privilege application access is required to create or modify the stored value; any user who later opens the affected page can have a session cookie stolen or authenticated actions performed in that browser.
