Token theft and SSRF via blind URL rewrite

SSRF in GuardDog 1.0.0 through 2.9.0 allows remote attackers to steal GitHub credentials through a crafted repository URL. ProjectScanner.scan_remote() blindly replaces "github" with "raw.githubusercontent" in the supplied URL and sends GH_TOKEN as HTTP Basic authentication without validating the destination host. Exploitation requires a configured token and control of the repository URL passed to the programmatic scanner, and it also permits requests to internal or localhost services.
