Application interruption via unbounded HTTP responses

Memory exhaustion in OpenTelemetry C++ before 1.27.0 allows context-dependent attackers to interrupt instrumented applications. The OTLP HTTP exporters for traces, metrics, and logs accumulate the complete response in a byte vector without a size limit, then copy its body into a string. Reachability requires an application to use the SDK with an OTLP HTTP exporter and either a hostile collector endpoint or a man-in-the-middle position; the resulting memory exhaustion interrupts the instrumented application.
