Namespace creation and RBAC injection via unauthenticated webhook

Missing authentication in SUSE Rancher Webhook allows remote attackers to create namespaces and inject Fleet workspace RBAC bindings. The FleetWorkspace mutating admission handler performs object-creation side effects from crafted admission data instead of deferring them to an authenticated controller. Exploitation requires existing code execution inside the cluster, such as a running pod, and changes the integrity of newly created workspace RBAC.
