Helm credential disclosure via unrestricted repository URL

Server-side request forgery in SUSE Rancher Fleet allows remote authenticated users to disclose private Helm repository credentials. The bundle reader forwards configured BasicAuth credentials to any helm.repo URL in fleet.yaml when the GitRepo resource lacks helmRepoURLRegex. Exploitation requires push access to a monitored repository and a configured Helm secret; the attacker receives the repository username and password.
