Credential theft via unsigned redirect cookie

Open redirect in Apache APISIX 3.0.0 through 3.16.0 allows remote attackers to steal credentials through cas-auth redirects. The cas-auth callback trusts the unsigned CAS_REQUEST_URI cookie as its post-login destination instead of authenticating it and restricting it to a same-origin path. Default cas-auth cookie handling is exposed only on routes using the plugin, and exploitation requires active user interaction in a CAS login flow.
