Process crash via uncaught malformed-URL exception

Denial of service in OpenTelemetry JavaScript before 0.217.0 allows remote attackers to crash Node.js processes via malformed HTTP requests. PrometheusExporter._requestHandler passes request.url to the URL constructor without catching TypeError, so an absolute-form http:// URI terminates the process. Exploitation requires network access to an application using the exporter's built-in server, which listens on 0.0.0.0:9464 by default.
